We believe that our clients have the inner resource to reach their goals and navigate challenges successfully. Our job is to partner with them to do so, unlocking what may be getting in the way. We strongly believe that understanding your strengths will provide insights and self-awareness that will enable you to succeed. We often build this into our coaching programmes. We also offer resilience coaching to support wellbeing and performance, and successfully navigate the challenges our clients are facing. 

A Typical 1:1 Coaching Programme

Our coaching programmes are typically 4-6 sessions of 90-minute duration each. These can be in person, virtual or a combination of both.  Whether in person or virtual, sessions will be enjoyable and rewarding and are tailored to your desired outcomes for the individual or team. Using creative tools and exercises where appropriate, understanding your strengths (through Gallup CliftonStrengths®) and understanding and building your resilience will likely feature in the sessions. These all provide a deeper self-awareness and clarify of thinking that will enable change and have lasting impact.
