I truly found it an invaluable experience. Your ability to be present, listen and ask further questions was much appreciated, and allowed me to see myself from angles which I was unable to previously. During the last couple of months, I learnt a lot about myself, made significant improvements to the areas which I wanted to work on and gained some newly found confidence.
