Team Coaching
Our Team coaching engagements are also bespoke, grounded in the desired outcomes for the team and their challenges. During our team coaching programmes we will partner with you to face these head on.
Our programmes will enhance team trust, enable focus and align the team’s purpose. Teams will also improve their understanding of the environment they operate in, their stakeholders and how they can develop more effective communication and commitment. Our engagements will provide awareness on team strengths and resilience. All of which will enable the team to be an effective and successful team, with confidence to achieve their goals and navigate challenges with awareness and insight.

Beliefs
We believe that effective teams have a foundation of trust and a clarity of purpose. An understanding of individual and collective team strengths, resilience and an awareness of the systemic issues and stakeholders are all imperative to ensure team success. This is at the core of the work we do with teams.
A Typical Team Coaching Programme
Our team coaching engagements are tailored to the needs of our clients. These can be over several months or individual interventions depending on the teams needs. Like our 1:1 coaching programme, these can be in person, virtual or a combination of both.
We will typically spend some time with each team member in advance of a fully facilitated team coaching workshop.
