Annette Steel, Founder
Annette founded Ascend Insights in early 2020, following a 20-year career in Professional Services. Driven by a passion to maximise individual and team excellence, having always been motivated by helping people grow and flourish. Annette partners with her clients to gain the clarity and awareness to lead to lasting change and realise their full potential, both individually and as a team.
Annette is an experienced senior leader and prior to her coaching career, she was head of a large private client team, reaching board level and becoming an equity share holder in a Professional Service firm. This experience provides a unique understanding and insight to her client’s context, which enriches her coaching programmes.
Annette is accredited with the EMCC and has a coaching diploma from the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC). She is a Gallup CliftonStrengths® certified practitioner, as well as an accredited Resilience Dynamic ® Coach.
