We offer a range of workshops for both teams and groups and work with our clients to tailor to their specific needs and desired outcomes.

Our belief is that the workshops we deliver should be insightful, in a safe learning environment, interactive and fun. It is also important our participants leave with practical tools and learnings to implement, for their own development, their teams and organisations.

Team Strengths Workshop – Enabling Effective Teams
A most important core component of an effective team is trust. We use the lens of strengths, using Gallup CliftonStrengths® to bring your team together. By understanding your strengths and your team members strengths you will:
- Build trust and provide a language to understand each other on a deeper level
- Recognise the value of each team member
- Enhance collaboration
- Build solid partnerships
- Improve team communication
- Enable the collective ability to reach goals and overcome challenges as a team
This is an interactive workshop that will have lasting impact.
The Leadership Transition
This workshop is designed to equip your managers with the skills to become effective and authentic leaders. Through this workshop, participants will:
- Build understanding and clarity on the expectations and responsibilities of a leader
- Understand the qualities to make an effective leader and how to do so authentically
- Understand their own strengths to cultivate an authentic leadership approach and mindset
- Learn strategies to lead and inspire their team
- Understand expectation from key stakeholders
- Understand individual purpose and align this with their team and the organisations
- Understand and build their resilience as a leader
We also run this workshop for aspiring female leader groups. Creating a cohesive female only cohort who can go on to support each other beyond the programme.

Building a Coaching Culture
Understand the benefits of and create a coaching culture for your team and organisation. Through this workshop participants will:

Building Resilience to Support Wellbeing and Performance
When we can understand our individual resilience and what we need to do to optimise it, this helps to manage stress more effectively, avoid burnout and improve wellbeing and performance. Through this workshop participants will:
- Understand what Resilience means and individual resilience levels (using the Resilience Dynamic Indicator®)
- Understand how resilience impacts wellbeing and performance
- Explore the barriers and enablers to individual resilience
- Gain practical skills and strategies to help manage and build resilience
When working with teams we build on this to:
- Understand the team’s resilience
- Identify what the team needs to build on its resilience
- Gain skills and strategies to optimise the team’s resilience
- Build an action plan to take the team forward
This is an interactive workshop that will equip individuals and teams to continually be able to navigate challenges and adapt as they need to, while ensuring their wellbeing.
Building Resilience during the New Parent Transition
Understand what Resilience means and your own resilience levels (using the Resilience Dynamic Indicator®) during the new parent transition. Through this workshop participants will:
- Understand what Resilience means and their own resilience levels (using the Resilience Dynamic Indicator®) in this period of transition
- Understand how resilience impacts wellbeing and performance
- Explore the barriers and enablers to resilience that may impact you in this time of transition
- Gain practical skills and strategies to successfully manage and build resilience and manage stress during this time
This workshop will ultimately improve participants awareness of resilience and in turn to optimise it. This will improve their wellbeing and performance, giving the best opportunity for fulfilment at home and work.
